Once you place your order with solaressence® we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for one our our technical surveyors to visit.
They will double check the feasibility for you new solar system & answer any further questions you may have. Your order will then be released to our one of our installation centre’s for manufacture where they will arrange a date with you for installation.
All our installers work directly for us on PAYE so we have total control over the quality of the work. They will arrive in SolarEssence® vans & have all the necessary SolarEssence® tools, access equipment & even a vacuum cleaner to complete the job as efficiently & cleanly as possible.
Should you have a service issue then we promptly arrive to rectify any fault.
Your total satisfaction is our goal - We strive to get it right first time & every time !
