When your installation has been completed and your payment received in full, your warranty will commence.
This warranty ensures that solaressence® will carry out any work to rectify any faults or failure of the system for a period of one year including any ecomaster installation. This warranty covers both materials and workmanship. Your warranty is fully transferable to a new owner of the property in which the system is installed.
In addition to this, the solar collectors carry a ten year warranty. There is also a ten year warranty on your new, bespoke, hot water cylinder.
All boiler replacements & air source heat pumps come with the market leading manufacturers warranty’s which at present are:
5 Years for the complete Remeha boiler range
5 Years for the complete Mitsubishi ecodan range
This warranty is provided free of charge and is in addition to your statutory rights.
